Turtles, rays and huge grouper often drift by - just an arm’s length away. And, when you come up, the tropical sun warms your soul and burns away stress.
Xanadu Undersea Adventures has been taking divers to the most impressive and beautiful reefs of Grand Bahama since 1989. We are an operation dedicated to the safety and needs of all our divers and guests.
Xanadu Beach Resort and Marina is an oceanfront resort on Grand Bahama with an onsite dive operation. Try our extraordinary shark dive, a dozen Caribbean Reef Sharks taking food directly from the hand of our feeder. Or, take a peek at Theo's Wreck, an imposing freighter sitting in 100 feet of water. If you prefer coral reefs, you can choose from a roster of dozens, in depths ranging up to more than 100 feet.
Here at Xanadu Undersea Adventures, you can spend your days awash in the pleasures of the sun and the ocean while you reserve the evenings for the pleasures of the night. We invite you to indulge yourself.

For the first time diver:
While in the hands of our Qualified Instructors you can learn to dive in 4hrs and Discover Scuba Diving, a life-time experience you will never forget. We offer PADI Diving certifications, open water referrals, and specialty classes. Our staff is more than happy to take photos from your dives with one of our many cameras.
For the experienced diver:
We've got Unlimited dive sites and trips to meet all your needs, Day or Night, Deep or Shallow, Reefs, Cave & Cavern Diving, Wrecks and Deep Dives as well as our famous Shark Alley Dives. We offer Discover Nitrox Diving and full certification.
